ADS thoroughly screens each applicant to ensure all expectations of the client are met. This entails a lengthy one-on-one interview, screening, reference checks, and completion of our ADS Warehouse written test which involves mathematical and analytical questions to verify knowledge of the industry

Certified Material Handlers / Forklift Operators are tested for their knowledge of W.H.M.I.S. and/or T.D.G. should the environment in which they will be working manufacture or distribute hazardous goods.

Where truck drivers are concerned, a clean abstract and written test are mandatory. Reference checks are also performed to ensure safe driving habits have been met. An actual road test is then arranged through an accredited truck driving school.
