ADS provides salaried, commissioned, and hourly employee positions. We take the view that we are an extension of your human resources department and will thoroughly interview, screen and evaluate each individual and provide you with the candidates' resume prior to setting-up your own interview process.
While not all of the above positions warrant this approach, for example some of the labour positions, we would forward resumes and / or applications complete with previous work history to the appropriate supervisor. This would ensure compatibility between the employee and our client prior to commencing work.
